Telecom rollout reporting across three regions
I consolidated work orders (OTs) for Región 5, Región 7, and Región 8 so the project manager could review approval status, requested hardware, installation readiness, and plan weeks in one report.
My contribution: extraction, cleanup, status mapping, and a consolidated report for the PM. Decision it supports: which approved sites can proceed to installation and which need follow-up.
Technical approach · data model and reporting
One OT record represents each site. A separate equipment list preserves the one-to-many relationship between the OT and its radios, basebands, cabinets, licenses, and antennas. Statuses and plan weeks are standardized before aggregation.
The Excel export uses the same filtered OT records for its detail, regional totals, receipt-date breakdown, and validated installation plan. This keeps the summaries reconcilable with the source rows.
